Where the details come from. Everything except the mileage and the name you give a car is read straight from the DVSA MOT History service using the registration, the same source the MOT tester uses. We do not let the page set the make, model or MOT date, so a reminder can never be sent against a date somebody typed in by hand.

What the AI Mechanic does with it. Asking about a car in your garage sends its exact spec with the question, plus the advisories from its last MOT. That matters more than it sounds: a 1.0 EcoBoost and a 1.5 diesel Focus fail in completely different ways, and an advisory from last year is usually the thing that has finally given up.

Removing a car removes it. Deleting a vehicle here is a real deletion, not a hidden flag, and it takes the reminder history with it. The privacy policy sets out everything we hold and how to get all of it back or wipe the lot.
